In the heart of the Hampton Roads community, Better Days Home Health was born out of a vision to bring compassionate, personalized care directly to people's homes. The story began with Jessica, the owner, who was driven by a personal mission to make a difference in the lives of those who needed it most. Jessica graduated in 2009 from Radford University with a Business degree in Marketing and Management. Although she didn't come from a health care background, she possessed an abundance of determination.
The idea for Better Days Home Health sparked one day while Jessica was chatting with her neighbor, who shared stories about the challenges of home care for a loved one. This conversation made Jessica realize there was a significant gap in providing quality home health services that truly respected the individual needs and dignity of each patient. With her neighbor's encouragement and insights, the concept of Better Days Home Health began to take shape.
As she moved forward with her vision, Jessica knew she needed the expertise of someone with a profound understanding of health care. That's when she met Nurse Ashley, a great nurse with all the expertise needed to care for clients, right here in Hampton Roads. Ashley had seen firsthand the profound impact that quality home care could have on patients' lives, bringing her skills and compassion to the team.
Together, they laid the foundation of Better Days Home Health in Hampton Roads. Jessica brought her skills in business management, marketing, and community engagement from her Radford University education, while Ashley ensured the highest standards of care with her clinical expertise.

With Ashley's nursing expertise and Jessica's leadership and marketing savvy, inspired by her neighbor's stories, we're committed to providing care that's not just about treatment but about understanding and valuing each patient.
